Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, pillowcases can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved if:
• The item is unused and sealed
• It is within 14 days of delivery
• You have proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
• Used or opened pillowcases
• Items returned without packaging
• Sale items
• Gift cards
How to Request a Return
Please email hello@frostelle.co.uk with:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of item (if damaged)
We will provide return instructions if eligible.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear back in your account.
