Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

This service typically delivers within 2–4 working days from dispatch.

• Free shipping on orders over £30

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your parcel using Royal Mail’s tracking tool.

 

Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping times may vary due to seasonal demand, carrier delays, or unexpected disruptions.

Frostelle is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been passed to the courier.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Frostelle cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.
